Commit, or don't comit, but you can't ride the middle. There is no grey area, when it comes to working at achieving your goals... So whatever plans you set for yourself this week, make it happen. You may be exuasted when it's complete, but you did it. It's the same approach I take as a trainer...when I commit to a client, I'm in it, until they reach their goals.
Don't give up, don't talk yourself out of it, and remember that when it starts to look and feel too hard, you're getting closer. If you have to stop to regroup or refocus, then do that, but keep going.
